The Oryx Workflow Roadshow officially kicked off in Dallas, and it did not disappoint.
On April 10, dental teams from across the area came together for a full day of hands-on learning, real workflow deep-dives, and the kind of peer connection you just can’t get from a webinar. General dentists, office managers, dental assistants, and practice owners all in one room, all walking away better equipped to run their practices at a higher level.
Chief Customer Officer Karen Gray set the tone from the start: this isn’t a conference. It’s a working session. The Oryx Workflow Roadshow was designed to meet practices where they are, in their city, with their team, and give them the tools to unlock what Oryx can really do.
Attendees spent the day diving into sessions on scheduling, clinical workflows, billing and insurance, reporting, and more. The goal wasn’t just to learn. It was to leave with workflows they could implement the moment they got back to the office.
The feedback from Dallas said it all. From discovering customization features they never knew existed, to rethinking how they approach block scheduling and predeterminations, attendees left with more than notes. They left with a plan.
