I’m the type of person who feels for the people I talk to. At every conference I’ve met people weighed down by the stress of trying to do it all. Juggling clinical work and business strategy, looking to create the best experience for patients while keeping themselves and staff afloat. I learned technology can be a lifeline, but so can people.
The dental industry is rich with different specialties and sectors, but we aren’t competitors—we’re a community. I think, deep down, we all want each other to succeed.
