With more than a decade of experience leading large-scale events, strategic partnerships, and community engagement in the dental industry, Yazmeen Fernandez brings a uniquely people-centered and operationally driven approach to her role as Head of Events & Community Marketing at Oryx.
Yazmeen oversees Oryx’s national events strategy, ambassador program, and community marketing initiatives—creating meaningful, high-value experiences that empower dental teams and elevate the Oryx brand. Before joining Oryx, she led 25+ national seminars per year, launched user conferences, built a multimillion-dollar partnership ecosystem, and managed end-to-end operations across education, coaching, and technology organizations.
Known for her entrepreneurial mindset, relationship-driven style, and passion for bringing people together, Yazmeen is dedicated to building a thriving Oryx community where users feel supported, inspired, and connected. Outside of work, she loves creating memories with her son, traveling, working out, and spending time with family in her hometown of San Antonio.
