Dr. Rania Saleh

Rania Saleh, DDS, MSD, is the Founder and CEO of Oryx Dental. Born into a family of dentists, Dr. Rania was inspired from a young age to embark on a journey dedicated to improving oral health and enhancing the patient experience. After completing her dentistry education, Dr. Rania began her professional career by founding a successful multi-site dentistry practice in the DC area.

After witnessing the challenges of the dental industry and the struggles of ensuring excellent, in-depth care across all practitioners and patients, Dr. Rania sold that practice in 2016 to bootstrap Oryx, a leading all-in-once practice management software (PMS) platform. Today, Oryx serves thousands of dentists around the world, from single offices to multisite practices to DSOs and beyond.

Dr. Rania holds a DDS and MSD from McGill University. She is also a graduate of the Kois Institute. In 2025, Dr. Rania was named to the Inc. Female Founders List and Oryx was named to the Inc. 5000 list, taking the #75 spot as the fastest-growing private software company in the U.S.
