Oryx Unlocked Attendance, Recording & Confidentiality Terms
Oryx Unlocked is designed to create an open environment where Oryx Dental Software (“Oryx”) customers, team members, partners, and invited guests can learn, exchange ideas, provide feedback, and discuss the future of the Oryx platform.
Because these conversations may include information that has not been made publicly available, attendance is subject to the following terms.
Non-Public Information
Unlocked sessions may include product demonstrations, product concepts, roadmap discussions, beta or unreleased functionality, customer discussions, business information, presentations, and other information that Oryx has not publicly released.
Attendees agree not to disclose, reproduce, publish, distribute, or provide non-public information obtained at Unlocked to any third party for competitive, commercial, or other unauthorized purposes.
Nothing in these terms prevents attendees from discussing their own experiences with Oryx or expressing their own opinions about Oryx or its products.
Recording & AI Transcription
Unless expressly authorized by Oryx, attendees may not make audio or video recordings of Unlocked sessions or use AI meeting assistants, transcription tools, automated note-taking applications, or similar technologies to record or transcribe event content.
Photography for personal use is permitted unless Oryx identifies a particular session, presentation, demonstration, or material as confidential or not for photography.
Oryx may record designated portions of the event and will provide appropriate notice when doing so.
Distribution of Event Materials
Presentations, demonstrations, recordings, screenshots of non-public materials, transcripts, photographs of confidential materials, and other content provided or displayed by Oryx remain the property of Oryx or the applicable content owner.
Attendees may not reproduce or distribute these materials outside their organization unless Oryx has expressly authorized their distribution.
Competitive Intelligence
Oryx welcomes customers, partners, industry participants, and invited guests who attend Unlocked for legitimate educational, customer, partnership, or community purposes.
Attendance on behalf of a competitor or other third party for the primary purpose of gathering non-public competitive intelligence is prohibited without Oryx’s prior written authorization.
Attendees may not provide non-public information, recordings, transcripts, screenshots, presentations, demonstrations, or other protected event materials to a competitor of Oryx or to another party for competitive intelligence purposes.
Registration & Third-Party Sponsorship
Registrations are issued to the individual attendee and may not be transferred without Oryx’s approval.
If an attendee’s registration, travel, admission, or other participation expenses are being paid or reimbursed by a third party for the purpose of gathering information on that third party’s behalf, Oryx may require disclosure of that relationship as a condition of attendance.
Right to Protect the Event
Oryx reserves the right to restrict recording, request that unauthorized recording or transcription cease, revoke access to event materials, or remove an attendee from an event when Oryx reasonably believes these terms are being violated.
Material violations may also result in restrictions on attendance at future Oryx events.
Customer Feedback & Open Dialogue
These protections are not intended to prevent candid feedback or criticism of Oryx.
Unlocked exists in part so customers can challenge us, tell us where we need to improve, compare their experiences, and have direct conversations with Oryx leadership and one another. We welcome that dialogue.
Our goal is simply to protect the environment that allows Oryx to share openly with its customer community while safeguarding non-public information.
By registering for and attending Oryx Unlocked, attendees acknowledge and agree to these terms.
