Kay Saleh

Kay Saleh is the Chief Technology Officer at Oryx Dental Software, where he leads engineering, platform architecture, DevOps, IT, and security. As one of the earliest Oryx leaders—and a close partner to Dr. Rania since the company’s inception—Kay has played a pivotal role in shaping the platform into the modern, cloud-based dental operating system it is today.

With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software and large-scale technology organizations, Kay brings deep expertise in building secure, scalable, high-availability SaaS platforms. Prior to Oryx, he held senior engineering leadership roles across several Silicon Valley companies including Audax Health, Informatica, and Ariba, where he led teams responsible for mission-critical systems used by global enterprises.

Over more than a decade at Oryx, Kay has overseen the evolution of the platform’s architecture, the expansion of its engineering organization, and the creation of a modern DevOps and security infrastructure—driving performance, reliability, and innovation across the entire product ecosystem.

Kay is known for combining long-term technical vision with pragmatic execution, ensuring strong product velocity without compromising quality or stability. His expertise spans cloud architecture, API and microservices design, DevOps automation, data security, scalable infrastructure, and AI-driven innovation.
