Karen Gray is the Chief Customer Officer at Oryx Dental Software, where she oversees onboarding and implementation, customer success, training, support, and professional services. With nearly 20 years of executive experience across vertical SaaS, Karen is a proven revenue and customer leader known for building scalable, growth-oriented customer operations that elevate lifetime value and fuel long-term retention.

Before joining Oryx, Karen served as Chief Customer Officer at Centerbase, a practice management platform for small and mid-sized law firms, and previously held the role of Vice President of Sales at ResMan, a leading property management software provider. Her background spans technology leadership, sales, and legal practice—giving her a uniquely multidimensional approach to strategy, problem-solving, and customer advocacy.

Karen holds a law degree from Suffolk University and has been recognized as a Pacific Coast Business Times 40 Under 40 honoree and featured in CXO Magazine for her leadership and impact.
