This month, we’ve rolled out a set of new features and enhancements designed to make your experience with Oryx even more seamless and efficient. These updates are based on your valuable feedback and our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.
What’s New in Oryx this January:
1. Recurrent Tasks
We’ve made it easier to set up recurring tasks with flexible scheduling options. You can now choose to set tasks on a daily, weekly (on a specific day), or monthly (on the 1st to 4th specific day of the week) basis. Plus, these tasks are intelligently scheduled to align with your office’s working days, ensuring smooth and consistent operations.
2. Family Statements Generation
A new Family Statements feature was added to Oryx’s billing section, allowing users to customize statement details, view a consolidated balance for the entire family, and share statements with all family members at once. Payments can now be applied to the family as a whole or to individual members, streamlining the whole process.
3. Row Numbers on Reports
To help with data organization and review, users can now choose to include row numbers in all Oryx reports. This makes navigating and analyzing your reports more efficient and user-friendly.
4. Flexible Fee Guide Locking Options
In the Finance Management section, we’ve added the option to lock current fees in treatment plans either permanently or for a specific period of time. This ensures greater control when selecting a new default fee guide.
