Mary Rountree

Mary Rountree is the Vice President of Finance at Oryx Dental Software, where she oversees all financial strategy, planning, and operations. In her role, Mary leads budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, audit and compliance, treasury, and company-wide financial planning. She partners closely with the executive team to drive data-informed decision-making, optimize unit economics, support commercial strategy, and ensure the company is positioned for sustainable, long-term growth.

Before joining Oryx, Mary served as the Controller at Florence Healthcare, a leading Site Enablement platform for clinical research. With more than 25 years of experience across startups, private equity–backed organizations, and multi-billion-dollar enterprises, Mary brings a depth of financial leadership that enables Oryx to scale with discipline, transparency, and operational excellence.

Her career includes senior roles across finance, accounting, and corporate operations, where she built and led teams responsible for financial systems, internal controls, compliance, strategic planning, and cross-functional business partnership.
