*“Qualified referrals” are defined as referrals that result in new Oyrx customers (“referees”) who meet all of the following criteria:

• Referee has signed an annual contract with Oryx.
• Referee has completed their initial setup and onboarding.
• Referee has paid their first monthly recurring invoice.
• Referee scheduled their initial demo using an Ambassador’s personalized demo link. Refees that did not originate from an Ambassador’s personalized demo link may cause delays or disruptions to incentive tracking and distribution. Oryx will update Ambassador attribution in its systems and honor referrals generated outside of this process based on input from the referee.

For each qualified referral, only one Ambassador is eligible for the associated incentive.
Incentives are calculated per business referred, not per location; for example, a referee with five (5) locations qualifies for one (1) incentive.

*“Qualified references” are defined as reference conversations with prospective Oryx customers that result in new Oryx customers (“referees”), and that meet all of the following criteria:

• Reference conversations must be completed in coordination with Oryx’s Sales team.
• Referee has signed an annual contract with Oryx.

General Terms

The Oryx Dental Ambassador Program (“Program”) rewards eligible ambassadors (“Ambassadors”) for “qualified referrals” and “qualified references” as defined below. By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Oryx Dental Software reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for the Program and its associated rewards, Ambassadors must belong to one of the following categories: (1) A dentist and/or business owner who is a current or previous customer of Oryx Dental. (2) A non-dentist team member of an organization who is a current or previous customer of Oryx Dental. (3) A dental industry influencer approved by the Oryx Marketing team.

Ambassadors must apply to join the Program using the form on this web page.

Oryx reserves the right to revoke an Ambassadors access to the Program at at Oryx’s sole discretion.

Incentives

Ambassadors are eligible for incentives by generating qualified referrals and qualified references.

Dentists and Business Owners are eligible to receive a credit for one (1) month of Oryx Pro (or equivalent value) for each qualified referral.* for each qualified referral and $100 Oryx Credit for each qualified reference, with no cap on the total number of incentives.

Dental Team Members, including but not limited to Office Managers and Hygienists, are eligible to receive a referral bonus of $300 per qualified referral and $50 for each qualified reference, with no cap on the total number of incentives.

Dental Industry Influencers (“Influencers”) are eligible to receive rewards for each qualified referral. Influencers may also qualify for event-based stipends or sponsorship fees for promoting Oryx Dental at approved industry events, subject to prior agreement with and approval. All rewards, stipends, and sponsorship fees are subject to agreement and approval by the Oryx team.

Process and Payment

Incentives are delivered within thirty (30) days of a qualified referral or qualified reference meeting the payout criteria.

Incentives are paid in the form of Oryx subscription credits or payments through Bill.com.

Additional Terms

Changes to the Program: Oryx Dental Software reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate this Program, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of any changes will be provided on the Oryx website.

Other Restrictions: Referral incentives are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers. Program eligibility, incentives, and payment terms are subject to verification by Oryx Dental Software. All Program incentives shall be administered solely in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and subject to any limitations or exclusions outlined herein.
